Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sahara Desert Dubai, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to our guests while also respecting our operational commitments.


1. Cancellation by Guests

  • Free Cancellation: Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the tour start time will receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
  • No-Show: Guests who do not show up on the day of the tour without prior notice will be charged the full amount.


2. Changes to Bookings

  • Guests may request to reschedule their booking at least 12 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
  • Any upgrade or changes in package (such as Premium upgrade or private car) will be subject to additional charges.


3. Cancellation by Sahara Desert Dubai

In rare cases, due to unfavorable weather, government regulations, or operational reasons, we may cancel a tour.

  • In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
